Family Medicine Physician Medical Director — $296K+ wRVU, Leadership Role in Lancaster NH

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Family Medicine physician to serve full-time in an outpatient Medical Director role in Lancaster, New Hampshire, with potential to transition to Division Chair. The successful candidate will be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine and have at least five years of outpatient primary care experience.

• Competitive base salary of $296,579 plus wRVU productivity incentive and a $15,000 Medical Director stipend

Position highlights

• 28 hours per week of patient-facing clinical care and 12 hours per week of administrative responsibilities (3 office-based hours and 9 hours as Medical Director)
• Flexible scheduling, particularly with potential Division Chair responsibilities
• Typical patient panel: 20–24 patients per day
• Expectation of a long-term commitment (5–10 years)
• Participation in community on-call coverage, including care for nursing home patients (schedule TBD)
• Clinical support from an RN team leader and a dedicated medical assistant
• Use of Meditech Expanse EMR and Dragon dictation for streamlined documentation
• Strong IT and marketing support to build patient volume and meet wRVU goals

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensure in New Hampshire or ability to obtain licensure
