Geriatrics-Focused Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient, White Plains NY

We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in White Plains, NY. The practice serves a predominantly geriatric population and emphasizes collaborative, patient-centered, value-based care. This full-time, permanent role offers a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient responsibilities.

Position highlights:

• Competitive salary: $230,000–$310,000, commensurate with experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
• Setting: Outpatient only; no inpatient coverage
• Care model: Value-based; focus on comprehensive care for older adults
• Patient population: Primarily geriatric, with scope to see adults 18+
• Caseload: Manageable census of approximately 7–10 patients per day
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
