Geriatrics-Focused Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Brooklyn, NY (FT)

We’re looking for a warm, dedicated physician—Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics—to join our established outpatient practice in Brooklyn, NY. You’ll be caring primarily for older adults in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. This is a full-time, permanent role with a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient duties.

What you’ll find here

• A supportive, team-based practice focused on value-based care and high-quality outcomes
• A manageable patient panel (typically 7–10 patients per day) so you can spend meaningful time with each person
• A schedule that’s Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends
• Opportunity to care for a mostly geriatric population, with some expansion into general Internal Medicine (18+)
• New graduates are welcome; bilingual or multilingual clinicians are a plus but not required

Compensation and benefits

• Annual salary range: $230,000–$310,000 (depending on experience)
• 5.5 weeks of paid time off plus 9 paid holidays

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
