Required Credentials

• Active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (must include AED).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and instruct on appropriate use of assistive devices.
• Provide patient and family education; document treatment plans, interventions, and patient progress accurately and timely.
