What we’re looking for

• Current Colorado RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association
• At least 3 years of cardiology-specific clinic/ambulatory experience
• Must have both EPIC experience and prior clinic experience

What you’ll do

• Triage and assess patient concerns, determining next steps and urgency
• Coordinate care across cardiology services to keep patients moving smoothly through their plan
• Assist with diagnostic procedures such as exercise stress tests and tilt table tests
• Perform EKGs and manage heart monitoring equipment
• Start IVs as needed for diagnostic testing
• Educate patients about their cardiac conditions, medications, and treatment plans
• Occasionally help with patient rooming and front-end clinic flow
