Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse state license.
• BLS certification.

Overview:
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will assess patients, implement care plans, administer medications, collect specimens, and document all interventions and patient education in the medical record. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support treatments and assist with procedures while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment and supervising patient conduct as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing assessments and deliver appropriate nursing interventions; monitor and record patient progress.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for diagnostic testing.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and assist with clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient education.
• Ensure patient safety and a therapeutic environment; manage unit order and supervise patient behavior.
