Join the CHRISTUS St. Vincent anesthesia team, a fully employed care team model in beautiful Santa Fe, NM.
- Shift based model
- Level 3 Trauma
- Dynamic case mix - no hearts, no sick pediatrics, no transplants
- Epic health record and state of the art ORs
- Annual Base Salary at $265,000
- Flat rate for what is typically light call shifts (24 hr, weekend) above base salary
- Additional bonus opportunities including annual $5k Quality Incentive, one-time $20k sign on and relocation bonus, $30k retention bonuses for each two-year commitment beyond year one.
- CME and licensure allowance $5k annually
- Approx. 6 weeks time off plus holidays and CME time
- Fully paid malpractice coverage

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited training program, NBCRNA certification; Prefer one+ year of experience practicing as a CRNA, new graduates also welcome to apply. BLS & ACLS required.
