Contract physical therapy opportunity in Lewistown, MO beginning July 27, 2026. Full-time, day shift schedule Monday–Friday (35 hours/week). Start times must be consistent, communicated with the Director of Rehab, and fall between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Weekend work is not required except to make up hours when a holiday falls on a weekday. No on-call responsibilities. Pay: $2,149 per 35-hour week.
Candidates should have at least one year of PT experience with long-term care or rehab exposure. Missouri state licensure is required. New graduates are considered if they have completed Level II clinical experience (Level I observation-only experience is not sufficient).
