Requirement:
- Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed interventions and exercise programs.
- Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment for rehabilitation.
- Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and educate patients and families on home programs.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and communicate with the PT and multidisciplinary team.
- Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies.
