Join a Great Barrington, MA team as a contract Physical Therapy Assistant supporting outpatient rehabilitation. This full-time, non-travel contract begins 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Schedule is Monday–Friday; local compensation is $1,582 per 35-hour week.
Required: active, valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic modalities and operate rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively.
- Teach and progress individualized exercise programs; provide patient and family education for home care.
- Document care thoroughly and communicate regularly with the PT and interdisciplinary team.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
