Join a community-focused rehab team in Salem, NH as a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 14-week contract (non-travel). This role starts on July 6, 2026, and follows a consistent schedule of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Compensation for local clinicians is $1,602 for a 36-hour week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and carry out prescribed interventions and exercise programs.
• Administer therapeutic modalities and operate rehab equipment safely and effectively.
• Teach patients and their families home exercise programs and provide clear education to support recovery.
• Keep accurate, timely patient records and communicate regularly with the PT and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures to maintain a safe treatment environment.

Requirements:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant license for the state.
