Schedule: Monday–Friday | 35 hours/week | Local Rate: $1,481/35-hours

Requirements:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant license for the state.

Role overview:
Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to support rehabilitation and recovery. Deliver interventions, document progress, and educate patients and families while following safety and infection-control standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Operate and administer modalities and therapeutic equipment safely and effectively.
• Teach and progress individualized exercise programs; instruct patients and caregivers on home exercise and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate clinical findings and progress with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team.
• Comply with all safety, infection-control, and facility policies.
