Registered Nurse (Public/Community Health) — Contract/Travel
Location: Pittsfield, MA | Start Date: July 27, 2026
Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (8-hour shifts); no routine weekends (holiday coverage as required)
Assignment Type: 40-hour contract | Rate: $2,660/40 hours

Overview:
Provide community and home health nursing services with autonomy and sound clinical judgment. You will apply community health principles, perform patient assessments, deliver skilled home care, and document using OASIS while complying with reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Active MA RN license in hand at profile upload (facility will not pend license)
• Minimum 1 year acute nursing experience; hospital-based experience preferred
• Home health experience required; Certified Home Health and proficiency with OASIS required
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle (firm requirement for travel candidates)
• Demonstrated independent clinical practice, flexibility with varied assignments, and working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulations
• Strong foundation in nursing principles and community health practice
