Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in nursing administration or acute care
Scope:
- Provide nursing leadership and oversight for administrative functions
- Coordinate clinical operations, staffing, and workflow across shifts
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards
- Serve as clinical resource and liaison between nursing staff and administration
- Participate in performance improvement, staff development, and incident management
Requirements:
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and fulfill a 13-week travel assignment
