Travel RN Long-Term Care (Nights) Tewksbury, MA (4-Week Contract)

Location: Tewksbury, MA
Assignment: Contract/Travel — 4 weeks, ASAP start
Schedule: Nights, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
Rate: Travel $1,708/40 hrs; Local $1,644/40 hrs

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• BLS certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing staff
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per orders
• Monitor, document, and report residents’ condition and progress
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• Maintain adherence to facility policies and regulatory standards
