Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
Compensation:
- Travel rate: $1,708 per 40 hours
- Local rate: $1,644 per 40 hours
Required:
- Active RN license valid in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- BLS certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs)
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per policy
- Monitor, document, and report residents’ condition and progress
- Coordinate care and communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
