Contract RN Long-Term Care (Days) Tewksbury, MA

We’re seeking an experienced RN to join a long-term care team in Tewksbury, MA on a short-term contract. This is a day-shift assignment (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) starting ASAP for 4 weeks. Competitive pay: Travel rate $1,708/40 hrs; Local rate $1,644/40 hrs.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license valid in Massachusetts (Tewksbury)
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment skills and proven leadership in a nursing setting

What you’ll do

• Create and carry out individualized care plans tailored to each resident
• Deliver direct nursing care and provide supervision to ensure residents’ needs are met
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely and accurately
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions and progress
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to promote consistent, high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
