• Deliver hands-on interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and assess/recommend appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, home programs, and safety.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
