Contract Physical Therapist (PT) — New Bedford, MA (13-Week Local Assignment)

Join a team in New Bedford, MA for a 13-week, contract (non-travel) Physical Therapy opportunity starting August 3, 2026. This role is a Monday–Friday position (40 hours/week) with a local rate of $2,608 per 40 hours.

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform thorough physical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and lead exercise programs to build strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Use hands-on techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and advise on appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and document progress clearly and accurately.

Must-haves:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy state license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).
