What we’re looking for

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs or physicians, using sound clinical judgment.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Manage wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or other complications.
• Continuously monitor and accurately document vital signs and changes in patient condition.
• Keep clear, comprehensive patient records and offer education to patients and families about diagnoses and self-care.
• Respond promptly and appropriately in medical emergencies and follow established infection-control protocols.
