Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments; monitor and document vital signs continuously.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; document interventions.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care instructions.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
