Join a medical-surgical team providing inpatient care with an emphasis on dialysis. Applicants must be Registered Nurses with at least 2 years of recent inpatient dialysis nursing experience and a minimum of 2 years total clinical experience in medical-surgical settings. This role requires proven competency in dialysis procedures, patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
