Outpatient Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Sheridan, WY

We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an outpatient gastroenterology practice serving adults in rural Wyoming. No prior GI experience required; candidates with primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Schedule and Location

• Monday–Friday, full-time
• Patient volume: ~12–16 patients/day
• Weekly schedule: 2 days in Sheridan, 2 days in Gillette/Buffalo, 1 remote administrative day
• Travel between clinic locations required; travel expenses reimbursed

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic GI conditions
• Perform new patient consultations and follow-ups
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually
• 45% production bonus

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; board certified
• Eligible for or hold Wyoming license
• Primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• GI training provided as needed
