Outpatient Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Gillette/Sheridan, WY

Join a growing outpatient gastroenterology practice in beautiful rural Wyoming as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, competitive compensation, a supportive gastroenterology team, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care across multiple clinic locations.

Practice highlights

• Outpatient gastroenterology with an adult patient population
• Typical patient volume: ~12–16 patients per day
• Weekly schedule: 2 days in Sheridan, 2 days in Gillette/Buffalo, and 1 remote administrative day
• Travel between clinics supported and reimbursed

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic GI conditions in adults
• Perform new patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to ensure patient-centered care
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually plus a 45% production bonus

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program and board certified
• Eligible for or licensed in Wyoming
• Primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred
• No prior gastroenterology experience required—training provided
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
