HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the cohesive, supportive anesthesia team at HCA Florida Lawnwood in Ft. This in‑house overnight position features a highly desirable 1‑week‑on, 2‑weeks‑off schedule (17 working weeks annually), offering exceptional work‑life balance without compromising clinical impact. You’ll be part of an overnight model designed for stability, teamwork, and continuity of care — ideal for anesthesiologists who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, appreciate strong clinical partnerships, and want to make a meaningful difference during critical hours.

Qualified Candidates:
  • MD or DO licensure from an accredited institution and ABA board eligibility/certification required.
  • Must be able to obtain an unrestricted medical license and DEA from the state of Florida prior to employment
  • Care Team Model of 11 Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs
  • Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Peds
  • Nights, 1 week on/ 2 weeks off
  • 11,500+ annual surgical cases
  • State-of-the-art facility with:
    • 13 ORs + 15 SOS
    • 2 dedicated open-heart ORs
    • 2 OB ORs (Level III NICU)
    • Level II Trauma designation
