Schedule: Monday–Friday
Rate: Local: $1603/35-hours
Minimum requirement
- Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
Core responsibilities
- Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed interventions and exercise programs.
- Deliver therapeutic modalities and operate rehabilitation equipment per plan of care.
- Instruct patients (and families) in exercises and home programs to support recovery.
- Accurately document patient care, progress, and communications in medical records.
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies.
