Contract Physical Therapist (PT) — Siler City, NC (13-Week Local Assignment)

Ref #: 9158969 — Location: Siler City, NC. Contract (non-travel) opportunity starting Aug 10, 2026 for 13 weeks. Schedule: Monday–Friday; Local rate: $1,848 per 35-hour week.

Requirements:

• Current, active Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (must include AED).

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Develop and lead exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain; apply therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
• Recommend and instruct patients on assistive devices and functional adaptations.
• Provide patient and family education and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
