We’re seeking a skilled CRNA to join a hospital team in Greenville, SC for a locum tenens assignment running Oct 12, 2026 – Jan 11, 2027. You’ll primarily care for adult patients across a high-volume practice (about 30 cases/day), covering general adult anesthesia, obstetrics, pain management, and ventilatory/critical intraoperative issues.

What the schedule looks like

• Clinical coverage plus rotating in-house call.
• One 24-hour in-house shift once per week (rotating), including occasional weekends.
• In-house call type.

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide general anesthesia for adult surgical patients.
• Deliver obstetrical anesthesia and perform pain management procedures as needed.
• Manage ventilation and acute perioperative volume and blood pressure issues.
• Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs in a care-team model.

Facility and systems

• Hospital setting using Epic for documentation and charting.

Requirements

• Active SC nursing license required.
• NBCRNA board certification.
• BLS and ACLS current.
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience.
• Clean background check.
• Hospital privileges required; credentialing typically 60–90 days.
