Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Key Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Perform patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Manage wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection/complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status continuously.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate condition, care plans, and self-care instructions to patients and families.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
