• October 2026: 10/1, 10/6, 10/7; 10/8, 10/13, 10/14; 10/15, 10/20, 10/21; 10/22, 10/27, 10/28; 10/29

Required qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS certification (required)
• PACU, post-anesthesia, or perioperative experience preferred
• ACLS or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills

Core responsibilities:

• Provide focused post-anesthesia care: monitor vital signs, airway, and overall patient status during recovery
• Administer medications, manage pain, and implement appropriate interventions
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition; escalate concerns and initiate emergency interventions as needed
• Accurately document care and patient progress in the medical record
• Educate patients and families on postprocedure and discharge instructions
• Collaborate effectively with surgical, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated care
