Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Rate: Local $2,212 / 35 hours
Required license:
- Valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist state license.
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing (dysphagia).
- Diagnose type and severity of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language.
- Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders; instruct patients and families in strategies and exercises.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members regarding patient care.
