Requirements:
- Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.
Role summary:
Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Conduct thorough assessments to determine diagnosis and severity, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to improve articulation, fluency, voice, expressive and receptive language, and swallowing function. Educate patients and families on strategies and home programs, document progress accurately, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
