Required Qualifications
- Current RN license: New Hampshire state RN or Compact license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience (MS/Telemetry experience required)
- Strong mathematical, analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Core Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process on medical-surgical/telemetry units
- Perform comprehensive admission assessments (history, vitals, labs, imaging, diagnostics)
- Develop, implement and evaluate written care plans in coordination with physicians and the care team
- Monitor patient status and telemetry, recognize and report changes, and respond per unit protocols
- Document care and communicate effectively with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff
