Licensure & Certifications
- Current, active Occupational Therapy state license.
- CPR and BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross (must include AED).
Position Overview
Provide client-centered occupational therapy services focused on restoring and maximizing independence in daily living. Assess physical and cognitive function and the home or care environment, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Educate clients and families on adaptive strategies and assistive devices, monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize care.
