• 60/40 clinical and administrative split with leadership responsibilities
• Monday - Friday schedule supporting work-life balance
• Board-certified internist needed to serve an underserved patient population
• Average patient census of 18 patients per day
• On-site lab, behavioral health, psychiatry, dermatology, and dental services
• Hospital-employed position with full administrative support
• Medical Director role reporting to Chief Medical Officer
• DEA licensure required; bilingual or translation-service experience a plus
