Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license for the practicing state.
- BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
- Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per orders and protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with clinical procedures.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records including assessments, interventions, education, and progress notes.
- Ensure a safe therapeutic environment, maintain order, and supervise patient conduct.
