Rate: Local: $1,526 / 36 hours
Minimum requirement:
- Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed interventions and exercise programs.
- Administer therapeutic modalities and operate rehabilitative equipment safely and effectively.
- Instruct patients in exercises and home programs; provide education to patients and families to support recovery.
- Document treatments and patient progress accurately and maintain records according to facility and regulatory standards.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Physical Therapist and multidisciplinary team.
- Follow safety, infection control, and professional practice standards.
