Requirements:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient evaluations to identify physical and functional limitations.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Train and instruct patients in the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Accurately document patient care, treatment progress, and changes in condition in medical records.
• Follow safety and infection-control policies to maintain a safe therapy environment.
