Contract Physical Therapist (PT) — Monterey, CA (14-week Local Assignment)

Join a Monterey, CA team as a contract Physical Therapist for a focused 14-week assignment. The position begins July 20, 2026, follows a Monday–Friday schedule, and is based locally (36 hours/week) at a rate of $2,347 per 36-hour week.

What we’re looking for:

• An active, valid Physical Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the Red Cross (AED included).

What you’ll do:

• Perform thorough physical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and lead tailored exercise programs to build strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Use hands-on techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and advise patients on appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families about care and progress, and maintain clear, accurate documentation.
