Required Credentials

• Valid, active Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (including AED).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and instruct patients in the use of assistive devices.
• Provide education to patients and families on care and home programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, interventions, progress, and discharge planning.
