Licensure & Certifications:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (including AED).

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Deliver hands-on interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and recommend/use appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, home programs, and safety.
• Accurately document evaluations, interventions, progress, and discharge summaries.
