Requirements:

• Valid, active state Physical Therapy license.
• CPR and BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (including AED).

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
• Provide hands-on techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Apply therapeutic modalities and recommend appropriate assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, home programs, and safety.
• Accurately document patient evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries.
