Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Sterling, VA (Hybrid, After-School Hours)

Schedule & work model

• 40 hours per week, hybrid (up to three days onsite)
• Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite; up to 7 clinical hours remote
• Administrative hours completed remotely
• At least 15 hours scheduled during after-school times (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends)
• Flexible scheduling aligned with patient needs, including virtual care options

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $135,000–$145,000
• Total earning potential: up to $175,000+ annually
• Additional $100 per clinical hour beyond base caseload; extra income opportunity based on availability (including virtual care)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum one year of independent psychiatric experience post-licensure
• Active Virginia PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 onsite clinical hours weekly and during after-school hours
• Reliable personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet
