Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience
- OB/Labor & Delivery experience required
Responsibilities:
- Primary assignment in Obstetrics with emphasis on labor and delivery
- Provide med-surg nursing coverage when OB census does not require staffing
- Serve as Charge RN on assigned shifts as needed
- No regular on-call expectation; call rates included if required
Licensure/Certifications:
- Current RN licensure as required by Iowa (ensure compliance prior to start)
- Maintain any required OB-related certifications per facility policy
