Join a freestanding emergency department in Kilgore, TX as a locum tenens clinician covering 12-hour shifts (either 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Coverage begins 10/01/2026 and continues on an ongoing basis, with a minimum of five shifts per month.

Your responsibilities

• Independently evaluate and treat emergency patients in a freestanding ED setting
• Perform emergency stabilization and required EM procedures
• Document patient care in Epic
• Coordinate transfers and specialist consultations when needed

Requirements

• Active Texas medical license
• Board certification: ABEM or AOBEM, or ABFM with at least 2 years of ED experience
• Completed EM or FM residency
• BLS required; ATLS/ACLS per board status
