Requirements:
- Active, valid Respiratory Therapy state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess respiratory status (lung function, oxygenation) and document findings
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies to improve lung function
- Manage and titrate mechanical ventilators and respiratory equipment
- Respond to respiratory emergencies following established protocols
- Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to infection control standards
