• 7-on/7-off block schedule with 12-hour day shifts from 7 am - 7 pm
• Full-time schedule of 14 shifts in a 28-day cycle
• Nocturnists cover all nights; no overnight responsibilities for day hospitalists
• Partial open ICU with 24-hour intensivist team managing ventilated patients and pressors
• No hard caps; patient volume follows SHM recommended ranges
