Job Description

St. David's Healthcare includes hospitals ranked among the nation's top-performing facilities, offering clinicians a collaborative environment with exceptional clinical support.

Position Highlights

7pm to 7am schedule
Acute care NP certification required
Average 4-7 admissions per night
No procedures required
No ICU responsibilities
Onsite nocturnist physician support
Dedicated intensivist teams, rapid response teams, and full specialty backup

Key Responsibilities

Independent admissions
Overnight cross-coverage of hospitalized patients
Coordinate specialty consults and patient transfers as needed
All facilities utilize Meditech EMR, feature open ICUs with dedicated intensivist support, and foster a strong interdisciplinary team approach
An internal medicine residency program launched at St. David's Medical Center in 2026, further enhancing the academic and professional environment
