Locum CRNA (Jupiter, FL) – Community Surgical Program, OB/C-Section Required, Flexible Shifts

A busy surgical program in Jupiter, Florida seeks an experienced locum CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia care team. This role offers a diverse case mix, a predictable schedule, and the chance to practice on Florida’s Treasure Coast.

Schedule and Commitment

• Flexible scheduling: choose either 4 × 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) or 3 × 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM)
• Maximum 40 hours per week
• Must be available to work Monday and/or Friday
• Weekend call approximately one weekend per month
• Call coverage required

Clinical Scope
Provide anesthesia across a wide variety of non‑trauma surgical specialties, including:

• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• Gastroenterology
• Robotic surgery
• Obstetrics (C‑section experience required; epidural skills helpful)
• Endoscopy
• Radiology
• Ophthalmology
• Plastic surgery
• ENT
• Neurosurgery

CRNAs may occasionally perform peripheral nerve blocks. Cardiac anesthesia experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Current NBCRNA certification and board certified
• Active Florida CRNA license
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong background in general surgical anesthesia; obstetric/C‑section experience required
