CRNA — Ocala, FL: Autonomous Practice, Flexible Scheduling & Diverse Case Mix

Join a respected anesthesia team in Ocala, Florida, providing autonomous practice in a physician-supported, collaborative environment. Open to experienced CRNAs and new graduates.

Location

• Ocala, FL; coverage across two sites
• Annual volume: ~12,000 cases; >700 cardiac procedures/year

Scope of practice

• Broad case mix: General surgery, Gynecology, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, Spine, Vascular, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Gastroenterology
• Opportunity to mentor Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists

Schedule and shifts

• Full-time: 80 hours bi-weekly
• Flexible self-scheduling via QGenda (not based on seniority)
• Shift options: 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-hour OR shifts; 24-hour trauma shifts
• Minimal call: no traditional call structure
  • ~4–5 evening shifts/year (3:00 PM–11:00 PM)
  • One weekend shift per month
• Overtime: time-and-a-half pay for hours beyond 80 per pay period

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; NBCRNA board certified
• Active Florida APRN license or eligibility to obtain
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• ATLS required for providers on the trauma team
